We have started making Fae's food from fresh or frozen organic vegetables. Recently she has tried acorn squash, sweet potatoes and peas. All were cooked and then pureed before being frozen into baby cubes. She gets one of these veggie cubes with her brown rice at breakfast and lunch! The brown rice we make from organic short grain brown rice (from Whole Foods), ground fine in a coffee grinder and cooked for 10 minutes.
Fae has tried oatmeal and seems to like it. In fact, she seems to like everything she's tried!
A new combination that seems to work is the Earth's Best Apples & Blueberries. We use that as her in-between meal snack.
