Great America and Gilroy Gardens

We decided that this year, like last year, we would get a pass to the local amusement parks. On Memorial Day we got our pass processed at Great America and went on the merry go round 3 times! This past weekend we went to Gilroy Gardens, an amusement park focus on younger children.

Fae's Potty Training Update

Fae had a great first week of no pull-ups at preschool! On Tues. and Wed. she only had 4 accidents at school. (She is still in pull-ups during naptime and bedtime, however.) She didn't have any accidents on Thursday or Friday.

We've noticed that her overnight pull-up have gotten lighter and lighter. And, this weekend she only had 2 accidents; one on Saturday and one on Sunday.

No more diapers!

Fae was pretty successful with going to the potty at school last week, over this past weekend, and on Monday so we decided it was time to give up the daytime diapers. We haven't gotten rid of the night time diapers though

She's 2 yrs, 6 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days, a lot older than we expected. We started her at 8 months! She went to school today in big girl underwear and had her first accident on the way to school. She had 3 more accidents at school, mostly in the morning. She had a better afternoon and went #2 on the potty. YAY!
